Ali and Mohamed are panhandling on the Toronto subway.

Ali drives a Mercedes, lives in a mortgage free house and has a lot of money to spend. Mohamed, on the other hand, only brings in 2 to 3 dollars a day.

A minister concluded that his church was getting into serious financial troubles. Coincidentally, while checking the church storeroom, he discovered several cartons of new bibles. So at his Sunday sermon, he asked for three volunteers from the congregation who would be willing to sell the bibles door-to-door for $10 each to raise the desperately needed money for the church.

A customer at Morris' Gourmet Grocery marveled at the proprietor's quick wit and intelligence. "Tell me, Green, what makes you so smart?"
